The dyeing process of dyeing yarn causes considerable damage to the environment. However, if everyone in the world were to wear uncolored white clothes from top to bottom…that would not be a very rich life. We aim to balance a colorful life with the environment. In Japan, our partner company Ozawa Senko Co., Ltd. has succeeded in energy conservation through tireless efforts on a daily basis, and was awarded the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the Energy Conservation Awards in 2017. Additionally, upon request, we submit a declaration that the yarns we sell do not contain azo dyes.

編み機メーカーとして世界展開されている株式会社島精機製作所のデザインシステムであるSDS-ONE APEX3を導入し、糸のデジタル化（デジタルヤーン）を進めています。
当システムを所有されているお客様は、企画やシミュレーションにデジタルヤーンを利用してもらうことで、現物の糸を入手する手間を減らすだけでなく、スピーディーな発注作業・サンプル制作、運送時のエネルギー削減等を達成することが可能になります。
また、素材の検索やデジタル糸データのダウンロードが可能な【yarnbank】への登録も進めております。

Shima Seiki – Digital Yarn Using SDS-ONE APEX
We have installed SDS-ONE APEX3, a design system from Shima Seiki, a world-renowned knitting machine manufacturer, to digitize yarns not only for our own products but also for those of other companies.
We think that customers who own our system can use digital yarns for planning and simulation, which will not only reduce the time and effort to obtain actual yarns, but also speed up the ordering process, sample production, and reduce energy consumption during transportation. We are also working on registering with 【yarnbank】which enables you to search for materials and download digital yarn data.
We develop and sell various environment-friendly fiber materials.

・Recycled polyester
・Traceable rayon
・Biodegradable fiber (PLA fiber)
・etc.
We aim to achieve the goals of the SDGs by switching to eco-friendly materials.
For example, using organic cotton will help support the countries where the raw materials are produced, and we believe that this will lead not only to poverty and hunger in those countries, but also to health problems caused by pesticide spraying and improvement of the global environment.
We support the activities of the “Organic Cotton Promotion Project” promoted by Toshima Corporation, a trading company specializing in fabrics, and have started selling organic cotton as part of our product stockpile. (http://orgabits.com/)
In addition to organic cotton, we are also developing materials that can deal with waste issues, such as recycled polyester and marine plastics, in order to use limited resources carefully. We believe that our role is not to impose “environmental friendliness” on others, but to develop materials that can contribute to both business performance and society.
As a company, we will continue to contribute to society by expanding sales of environmentally friendly materials developed by spinning manufacturers, and we will also actively develop environmentally friendly materials ourselves. Currently, we are producing tags for the “Premier Eco®” series, in an effort to make our activities more widely understood by consumers.

オーガニックコットンに限らず、限られた資源を大切に利用するために、リサイクルポリエステルや海洋プラスティックなどのゴミ問題にも対応できる素材も開発中です。「環境への配慮」を押し付けるのではなく、業績と社会貢献を両立できるような素材開発をしていくことが我々の役割だと考えております。
これから各紡績メーカー様が開発された環境配慮素材を拡販することはもちろん、自社でも環境配慮素材の開発を積極的に行っていき、SDGsの目標達成を目指します。
